Wordless Wednesday – Easy Toddler Lunch!

Making mini pies for children for lunch or dinner is a sure-fire win! Here’s how: Make a mix of condensed mushroom soup (with only ½ cup of water or milk), frozen veggies, and diced cooked chicken. Place a small amount into individual Tenderflake mini-tart shells. Add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake! Keep in mind the bake time will be greatly reduced for the mini pies, so keep an eye to see when tops begin to turn slightly brown. Enjoy!
