Upcoming Disney Movies We Can’t Wait to See

During the Disney Social Media Celebration, we are the lucky few that get to see a pre-screening of an upcoming Disney movie. What’s even better is that we are not told ahead of time what movie it will be.
Last year, we got to see Disney Nature’s Born In China. It was incredible! I wrote about our experience here.
It’s so much fun to get the surprise once we are there and discover a movie before everyone else!
With so many new movies coming out this year, as a group we are trying to guess which movie we will be lucky enough to see.
Here are my top three guesses:

Incredibles 2
No joke, the moment my boys saw this movie for the first time, they wanted to know when the second movie would be out. Can you believe the first movie was release in 2004?! Fans of The Incredibles won’t have to wait much longer. Incredibles 2 hits theatres June 15th, 2018.

A Wrinkle In Time
I am getting more and more excited about this movie. From the first moment I saw the first tiny trailer, I was counting down! I absolutely love the strong female roles in this film and I am excited to watch it with my family. What’s more, the book is 50 years old – a true classic! My oldest is reading it now, and I told him to finish before our trip just in case this is what we get to see. A Wrinkle In Time hits theatres March 9th, 2018.

Mary Poppins Returns
I will surely cry through this whole movie if we get to see it! From what I have read and seen, this movie will be a stand-alone story that also pays homage to the original. And the original is a movie my family and I have seen many times over. Let’s Go Fly A Kite is perhaps one of the most beautiful scenes in family movie I hold dear. The message in Mary Poppins is just as important now as ever – to be present for your children! I know that actress, Emily Blunt, and Director, Rob Marshall, were at the D23 expo this year but other than that, the film has been top secret (not even a trailer yet!). Seeing this would truly be a first! Mary Poppins Returns hits theatres, December 25th, 2018.

So, tell me, which movie do you think we will get the chance to see?
What movie are you and your family most excited to see this year?
