Celebrating Grad with Hallmark {#Giveaway}

Well you did it. You survived another school year. Maybe it was your first year, maybe it was your last year. Whatever the case may be, you did it. Be proud!! And when I write YOU, I mean you, mama, as well as your child. Because let’s face it, as a parent you deserve congratulations as well. The lunches made, the activities organized, the volunteering, the projects completed, the costumes made for plays (or maybe that was just me!). It is complete, and you can breathe easy, along with your superstar child, and enjoy the summer. So how are you celebrating this momentous moment?

I am very excited to celebrate my little ones and their accomplishments this year. We have started a tradition of celebrating the school year with a picnic as a family, after the last day of school. It’s the perfect time of year for that and the kids feel proud to have a celebration in honour of them. We bring along snacks, sand tools, one little gift for each of them, and, of course, cupcakes.

Whether you are celebrating Pre-Kindergarten or a Masters degree, every grad can feel exceptional with some of the great gifts from Hallmark. They really think of everything and everybody for special moments.

Above are some of the grad gifts Hallmark sent to me.

I think the One-of-a-Kind Creations 2014 Frame is especially nice because you can put in a group picture of your grad and their friends. With a Shutterfly partnership, creating pictures in the die-cut frame is simple and so beautiful. Another idea is if you are celebrating a significant moment in your life, a frame in the shape of that year is a special way to commemorate that. I’m thinking of a new home owner, or a new baby in the family, or perhaps even a new pet!

The Autograph Owl is SO cute for all ages, and comes with a special pen for friends and family to sign. I love personalized gifts like this because the person who gets it always feels so special. I plan on doing this for my sister who has recently graduated university. The kids and I are going to sign and draw on it.

Hallmark also created a very sweet scrapbook-type card. The Accordion Display Board Album is a sweet way to commemorate the best moments of the school year for your child. It even includes a sticker page to decorate the pages. Depending on their preference, the album can be placed in their room on a desk or opened up to be displayed on a wall. This gift also leaves room for signatures and nice comments.

Hallmark Sculpted Sentiments

I wanted to mention one more gift, not only for grads, but for any friend that has been going through a difficult time and are accomplishing something meaningful to them. The Sculpted Sentiments are subtle and unique at the same time. With “Unlock your potential” on my Sculpted Sentiment, I can think of a few close friends I could give this to.

And so, my friends, I have great news for your grad – Hallmark is giving me a One-of-a-Kind Creations 2014 Frame to giveaway to YOU!

As I mentioned above, I think this is a wonderful gift on so many levels, and something that any grad will cherish for years to come.

To enter, simply follow the instructions in the Rafflecopter form below (it’s real easy and you don’t need any special account to enter). The random winner will be chosen July 8th at midnight. Open to Canadian residents only.

Good luck to all and congratulations to all the graduates of 2014!!

We don’t really celebrate the end of the school year but we really enjoy our summer together as a family. We go on hikes, to the beach, to festivals, on road trips, etc. In other words every day is a celebration:)
