It seems like yesterday, the leaves were beginning to fall here in Montreal, and now, I blinked and we are about to start Advent! Are you getting into the Christmas spirit?

We have been enjoying the decadent and delicious Chocolats Favoris Advent Calendar for the past few years now. It is something we look forward to as a shared experience each day during Advent. Each day holds four (!) pieces of chocolate, perfect for a family!
As you can imagine, because of it’s popularity, the Chocolats Favoris Advent Calendars are sold out. But don’t worry, there are so many delicious treats, perfect for stockings and teacher gifts still available in store. And don’t forget about the fantastic option of delivery!!

As a mom of five, every year I buy 5 calendars for the kids to enjoy. This year will be much of the same but this giveaway gives me a chance to maybe win some special chocolates just for me 😉 tagged a friend on IG with the handle yes_theyreallmine

In order to make this year special for grandparents we cannot be with in person, we will sneak over after dark and decorate their front yards with homemade decorations and loads of cheer. Can’t wait to receive their phone calls the next morning!!!

My kids LOVE their advent calendars as it signifies the countdown to the holidays – and the chocolate doesn’t hurt either! The Chocolats Favoris calendar looks amazing, and would save me from buying 4 individual sets like I normal do each year. We are planning to make this December extra special by “leaning in” to this these Covid restrictions by accepting that things will look very different this year but that we can appreciate slowing down to truly enjoy all the wonder this season can bring when you actually have the time to enjoy the baking and decorating and preparation that goes in to making everything special.
