A very long time ago, I found this treat on Pinterest, and they have become a staple fun snack for our family when we have all the ingredients and want something sweet and savoury. It occurred to me that some of you may have never seen this and you would be losing out. It is SO easy and such a winning combination.
What I love about this treat is that you can literally get these three ingredients at a grocery store and have them on hand when you feel like it.
What you will need:
- Pretzels (square and mini are best)
- Hershey kisses (or hugs)
- Smarties or (M&Ms)
Directions:
Simply lay out the pretzels on a lines cookie sheet. Then add a kiss or hug on each pretzel. Place in the oven at 200° for about 4 minutes or until you notice the chocolate is getting shiny (not melted).
Take out the cookie sheet and then add your Smarties on top, just pressing down slightly on each kiss or hug. Once they have set a bit and the chocolate is firm, they are ready to be placed on a plate and served! Easy peasy!
