I had a little reflection just before Christmas. It stemmed from the segment I had on BTMontreal about meaningful gifts for the holidays (with 5k views and counting, it seems to be something people were very interested in!). Now that our gifts have been opened, and we have eaten our plentiful Christmas meals and delicious baked goods, I wanted share the post I wrote over on Omaiki.com (to read the full post, please click here). It’s a small story about a trip my family took to the shopping mall. You might be surprised to read what we were there to do.
In the end, there are really only two things we all need for the holidays. And if it’s possible to keep this thought in our hearts and minds all year round, imagine the difference it could make to our well-being?
Merry Christmas, everyone. And may your holidays be filled with everything meaningful.
